The humanitarian catastrophe in one of the world’s poorest countries has reached epic proportions, with a child dying every 10 minutes from preventable causes like diarrhoea, breathing infections and malnutrition.

Our ongoing support for the people of Yemen

  • Distribute essential food aid to 2 million people every month
  • Help over 800,000 people access clean drinking water
  • Established 167 health facilities across the country
  • Provide child protection and psychosocial support activities
  • Ensure water, sanitation and hygiene services for communities in the Taiz governorate
  • Help lower malnutrition rates among children and mothers, through improved food security, outpatient treatment programmes, and training on best practices regarding malnutrition for mothers and local healthcare workers
