Call Centre & Office Volunteer 

Be the first port of call for our donors by joining our Supporter Relations team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering calls to take donations and respond to queries during live TV appeals
• General office administrative tasks
• Ensuring all calls are correctly dealt with and logged
• When required, informing callers of Islamic Relief’s history, vision and programmes

SA Projects and Disaster Response Volunteer

Dedicated volunteer programme aims to create leaders who are trained to provide an emergency response during a crisis and represent the organisation through our national programmatic work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Respond to an emergency in the SA (at short notice) and assist where necessary
• Assist the SA domestic programme like the Qurbani and local campaigns
• Attend local resilience forum and networks representing Islamic Relief
• Attend training and briefing session over a 2 year period
• General support of the SA domestic and emergency works
