Scope of Work

  • Review and evaluate approximately 40 job descriptions
  • Engage with the Human Resources department to clarify role content where required
  • Liaise with relevant line managers through HR where necessary
  • Apply a recognised and transparent job evaluation methodology
  • Assign appropriate job grades for each position
  • Prepare a comprehensive evaluation report outlining outcomes and rationale
  • Provide recommendations on grade alignment and any identified discrepancies
  • Incorporate salary scales and current NGO sector market trends
  • Present a summary of findings to HR management
