Islamic Relief South Africa invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the evaluation and grading of internal job descriptions within the organisation.
This assignment forms part of an internal review process to ensure job grades are aligned with the current organisational structure, internal equity principles, and relevant NGO sector benchmarks.

Scope of Work
The appointed service provider will be required to:
- Review and evaluate approximately 40 job descriptions
- Engage with the Human Resources department to clarify role content where required
- Liaise with relevant line managers through HR where necessary
- Apply a recognised and transparent job evaluation methodology
- Assign appropriate job grades for each position
- Prepare a comprehensive evaluation report outlining outcomes and rationale
- Provide recommendations on grade alignment and any identified discrepancies
- Incorporate salary scales and current NGO sector market trends
- Present a summary of findings to HR management
Duration of Assignment
The expected duration of the assignment is four weeks from the date of appointment.
